Position Overview:

The Administrative Assistant position is a fully in-office position and is based in our Tallahassee office. As an Administrative Assistant, you will perform a wide variety of tasks which include providing a high level of customer service and support, while consistently producing an excellent work product. In this role, you must have experience in multitasking.

Essential Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in administrative/clerical duties.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Be able to work independently but also work collaboratively
  • Strong writing and oral communication skills
  • Managing incoming and outgoing mail along with answering phone calls.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Must have a high school diploma

Legal Assistant/Paralegal:
